In the Crown Plaza Hotel, Shawsbridge Belfast, on Friday 17th November 2017, CPS where crowned the “Multi-Branch Estate Agency of the Year 2017". This highly regarded Gala event took place with over 550 industry experts ranging from Estate Agents, Developers, Chartered Surveyors & Architects for the highly acclaimed 'Belfast Telegraph & PropertyNews Awards’.

With the Belfast branch up a notable 21% in total sales during the period.  The activity selling new build developments is also up almost 45%, with CPS instructed to work on 14 new developments across the six branches.

 

The outlook for the company seems promising with the CPS opening a new branch in Portadown taking them to the unrivalled position of having 7 branches across the province. As well as Commercial & Residential Sales & Lettings the company also provides additional professional services to include a team of RICS Chartered Surveyors and Financial Service Advisors.
